As an artist, James has worked at Industrial Light and Magic, ESC and Pacific Data Images/Dreamworks Animation, on films such as Star Wars, Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Matrix Revolutions, Battleship, Antz and Mission Impossible II.
In James' capacity as a senior software engineer he worked at Alias Research on Sketch! (which went on to become the basis of Maya) as well as at Autodesk on the team that rewrote the underlying system architecture of AutoCAD - namely R13.
